Bramhall is proud to have worked with Master Site Developer The Richard E. Jacobs Group LLC. to bring Cabela’s to Avon. The 13 acre site includes a 77,000 square-foot building, more than 460 parking spaces and 1.1 acre wetland enhancement area. In conjunction with the Cabela’s Site Development, 1,500 linear feet of Chester Road was widened from 2 lanes to 5 lanes including sanitary and storm sewer extensions, waterline replacement, relocation of overhead power and communications facilities to all underground. Bramhall provided civil engineering and land surveying services including lot split, lot consolidation, site preparation drawings, storm sewer design, on site storm water management facilities, storm water pollution prevention (SWP3) documents, public road widening (Chester Road), sanitary design, waterline design, utility easements, utility coordination and construction staking.
