The Cottages at Riverview designed for Pirhl Developers, LLC and New Sunrise Properties - a 62-unit residential development serving independent seniors, ages 55 and older, in Elyria, Ohio. Bramhall Engineering and Surveying Company was responsible for the Site Survey and all Civil/Site Engineering tasks.
